What information do we process about you?
DC will process the personal data you provide when registering at www.dcindexar.pt, in particular the identification and contact data you provide to us, so that we may send you marketing communications, expressly and previously consented to by the data subject.
DC also processes the personal data you provide when you contract with this company in your capacity as a client.
Why do we need your information?
DC will process your personal data for the purposes of managing the contractual relationship and, if expressly consented to by the data subject, for sending marketing communications.
How will my information be stored and shared?
Your personal information will be received by DC employees dedicated to providing these services. The information will then be retained by the Company and may not be disclosed to any other entities unless this constitutes a legal obligation.
