ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR NON-PROFESSIONAL INVESTORS

DC Gestao Indexada is a commercial brand of Dolat Capital, Empresa de Investimento, S.A. On March 24, 2025, DC entered into a protocol on Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms ("ADR"), promoted by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), which covers a set of investment firms.

Under this protocol, DC undertakes to accept mediation and arbitration requests whenever they concern disputes relating to financial intermediation activities, as defined in Article 289 of the Portuguese Securities Code, whose amount in dispute does not exceed EUR 15,000 (fifteen thousand euros), which have been the subject of a prior complaint, without full resolution, submitted to DC and the CMVM, and provided that the applicant qualifies as a non-professional investor.

DC clients may submit their ADR request to any of the following Arbitration Centres of the Consumer Arbitration Network:

These ADR mechanisms are intended to provide a faster, more accessible and less costly dispute resolution solution than traditional judicial means.
